How do I set up a Conference call?
• While you’re on a call Press MORE
• Press ConFrn (your call is automatically put on hold and you have dialtone)
• Call the person you want to add to the conference
• Press ConFrn (You are all connected)
(To add more people to the conference repeat the process. You can have a maximum of
6 on a conference call).
Can I see who’s on the Conference call?
• While you’re on your Conference call press ConfList
• The display will show either the name and extension number or the caller ID. Use your blue
toggle key to scroll up and down.
(The * signifies the person who initiated the Conference Call and has control of
adding and deleting).
How do I forward calls to an outside number?
• While the phone is idle press CFwdAll
• Dial 2 + telephone number i.e. (214151234567) (or press the messages button to forward
all calls to voicemail) (A flashing arrow will show in the upper right corner of your
display)
To take call forwarding off:
• While phone is idle press CfwdAll
(the flashing arrow disappears)
How do I transfer a call directly to voicemail?
• While on a call. Press Transfer (caller is automatically placed on hold)
• Press * + your extension number
• Press Transfer
(Follow the same procedure to transfer a call from your own extension to your
voicemail)

How do I get my voice mail messages sent to my email?
• Open a ticket with the Helpdesk requesting your voice mail be sent to your email.
What is the password to set up my voice mail box?
• Default password is 125509
What if I can’t remember the password I created when I first set up my voice mailbox?
• Call the IT Helpdesk and request a password reset for you IP Phone voicemail and provide the
number/extension.
How long of a message can a caller leave?
• 5 minutes
How do I check my voice mail messages from outside the office?
• Dial your direct number
• At the voicemail prompt press *
• When prompted, enter your ID (extension) followed by #
• Enter your password/PIN, followed by # or Dial (650) 508‐6456

• Press the messages button
• When prompted for a PIN press *

• Log into voicemail
• Press 4 to change set‐up options
• Press 1 for Greetings
• Press 1 to re‐record your personal greeting
The voice mail prompts are too long and wordy. How do I change this?
• Log into voicemail
• Press 4 to change set‐up options

• Press 3 to toggle between Full/Brief Menus
To retrieve deleted messages
• Press 3 to Review Old Messages
