1. Log onto https://cen700.samtrans.com/ucmuser with your computer credentials.
2. Select your phone by clicking the gear icon.
3. Select settings.
4. Select Speed Dial Numbers.
5. Add New Speed Dial.
6. Configure or edit the speed dial.
The first field is the actual number. Make sure to pre-pend any external number with 21. For example: 216502214567
The second is the label that will show on your phone/sidecar.
The third field is the position/button you want the speed dial to occupy.
7. Save the configuration.
Your phone should now show the new button.
