As part of onboarding process for new employee, hiring manager must fill out and submit a User Access Form in PeopleSoft to request access to necessary systems, equipment & software, as well as request permission to enter specific District buildings, annex, rooms, et al. 

Submitted form goes through an approval process where it is reviewed/approved/denied by Directors of HR, Finance and Safety & Security.  Each of them receives an email notification from PeopleSoft when form enters their worklist for review and approval. 

Approved form then queues up on the respective worklist of IT Helpdesk, PeopleSoft Support and Security teams, at the same time they receive an email from PeopleSoft notifying about the pending request.  Each of them is responsible for notifying the form submitter when requested access has been fulfilled.
