How To Delete Old Voice Mail on Phone

Requirements 
 

1. Be logged into the Samtrans network and able to navigate to a webpage on the Samtrans network. 

2. Understand the impact of deleting voice mails. 

Procedure 

Delete voice mails via the Web Inbox. 

1. Navigate to Voice Mail Web Self Care Portal 

2. Login with computer username and password credentials 

3. View voice mail. The Inbox tab will be automatically selected. 

4. Select the voice mail you want to delete and then click the delete button. 

5. The previous action will move the deleted voice mail to the deleted voice mail tab. You will need to delete it again to remove it from the voice mail box entirely. 

6. Move from the inbox to the Deleted tab. 

7. Click on “Empty deleted Items”  

8. You will be prompted to permanently delete the voice mails in the deleted tab.  Press yes.
