Your new District mobile phone comes with a personal hot spot. In order to activate it for emergency use, please follow the below procedure.
Go to Settings > Personal Hotspot
Turn on your hot spot by moving the slider to the right on "Allow Others to Join". This should turn the option green.
Use the existing password or change the password to something you can remember.
You will see instructions on how to connect to your iPhone and use it as a hot spot.
