Moving Documents Using Drag-and-Drop

Open File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac):
- Navigate to the location of the documents you want to move.

Open OneDrive Folder:
- Open a new File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac) window.
- Navigate to your OneDrive folder, typically labeled “OneDrive” and located in your user profile.

Select Documents:
- In the File Explorer or Finder window with your documents, select the files or folders you want to move.
- Hold down
Ctrl
(Windows) or Command
(Mac) to select multiple items.

Drag and Drop:
- Drag the selected documents or folders from the local file drive window.
- Drop them into the OneDrive folder window.
Uploading Documents via OneDrive Web Interface

Open OneDrive using your web browser:
- Go to https://www.office.com/onedrive and sign in with your Microsoft account.

Navigate to Target Folder:
- In OneDrive web interface, navigate to the folder where you want to upload your documents.

Upload Files:
- Click the “Upload” button.
- Choose “Files” or “Folder” depending on what you are uploading.
- Select the documents or folder from your local file drive and start the upload.
