Requirements

Be logged into the SamTrans network and able to navigate to a webpage on the SamTrans network.

Understand the impact of changing the configuration of your phone.

(Be advised that when you forward your number, the voice mail will be left on the destination number you entered.)
Procedure
Configure call forwarding for your phone.

Navigate to https://cen700/ucmuser

Login with your username and password.

Click on Call Forward.

Select the checkbox under your extension and then click on the drop down.

Select Add a new number

For a external number, enter 21 followed by the full 10 digit number you would like to forward calls to.

For a internal extension, enter the extension.

You can also select a previously used number.
9. Press Save to finish the process.
