Install Approved Apps on District iPhone/iPad.

Open Comp Portal

 

 To begin this process, you must have the Comp Portal installed on your Apple device and the app you wish to download must be approved by IT.

 

Open the Comp Portal App

Once the app loads you select “Sign In” if necessary.

Once you are logged in search for the app you wish to install by selecting “View all apps”.

Search for the app you wish to install or select it from the list.  If the app is not available please open a ticket requesting the app along with a picture of the apps icon.

Select the “Install” icon to being downloading and installing your app.

You will receive verification that your install is pending or downloading. At this time, try and maintain your connectivity to a wireless connection.

The app will appear on the phone screen after installation is successful.
